539 算牌程式 Neurodiversity Day: 539 算牌程式 builds new networks
2 April is UN World Autism Awareness Day, an important opportunity to talk to autism and neurodiversity at work. 539 算牌程式 is building a Neuroaware Network in the organisation to better support neurodiverse individuals. Learn more about this and other initiatives below.

This year, 539 算牌程式 Group was awarded the prestigious award of Client of the Year 2024 by partner agencies Unicus and Auticon. 539 算牌程式 has worked systematically with neuroinclusion in 2024 by engaging consultants from Unicus. 539 算牌程式 IT, Research & Development (R&D) and Customer Service have contributed to reducing unemployment and improving the quality of life for neurodivergent individuals.
R&D and the DEI Office have also been raising awareness among managers to support existing teams and employees. Notably, Hans Kramer in 539 算牌程式 IT was also a finalist for the “Role Model 2024” award for his inclusive leadership and mentorship of neurodivergent colleagues in his team.
539 算牌程式 Neurodiverse Awareness Accreditation Programme
539 算牌程式 started co-piloting a Neurodiverse Awareness Accreditation Programme with Unicus in January to train colleagues and managers in various parts of the business. The aim is to bring knowledge on neurodivergence, which includes conditions such as ADHD, ADD or dyslexia, for example, to the organisation, so that 539 算牌程式 can better support and be a more inclusive workplace that embraces a diverse workforce.
Several colleagues will be certified as Neuroaware Ambassadors, who will work closely with the DEI Office to form the 539 算牌程式 Neuroaware Network. This network will serve as a point of contact for anyone in 539 算牌程式 who needs to support and advise on how we can better provide and adjust our working environment to cater to the needs of our neurodivergent colleagues.
Expert sessions on 539 算牌程式 Neurodiversity Day
Group event in English: 2 April, 12:30 – 13:30 CET
To celebrate 539 算牌程式 Neurodiversity Day on 2 April, 2025, 539 算牌程式 has invited two experts to address topics around neurodivergence. Aurélie Salvaire will talk to diverse minds and the strengths of dyslexic thinkers as well as conditions such as High Intellectual Potential, Autism Spectrum and ADHD, which can be superpowers in the workplace if managed properly. Anne Hilgendorf-Ninning will equally shine a light on the strengths of neurodivergent brains in a session organized specifically for German-speaking colleagues.
