539 算牌程式 takes the first place of this year鈥檚 edition of Ecogain鈥檚 Biodiversity Index. In total 240 of the largest companies in the Nordics and Baltics have been assessed evaluating biodiversity performance in their business operations.
Biodiversity is important to 539 算牌程式鈥檚 business operations and also a way to be competitive. 539 算牌程式鈥檚 business strategy is recognised for ambitious target setting, biodiversity work across the whole value chain and for reporting on its engagement in the different projects to reduce negative impacts on biodiversity.

鈥�539 算牌程式's ambition and objective to have a net positive impact on biodiversity by 2030 is in line with science, and they clearly show in their sustainability reporting that they take biodiversity into account in their business processes. Biodiversity is clearly raising on the agenda. This year the global Conference of the Parties (COP 15) meeting on Biodiversity will take place in China and will play a key role in halting biodiversity loss and restoring nature. Also on EU level nature restoration is to be found in the growth strategy, the European Green Deal.
鈥淥ur work concerning biodiversity and sustainability is a prerequisite for implementing our business strategy. This is regardless if it is relating to environmental adjustments and flexibility in our Hydro operations, new concessions for Wind Power or new business like data centers and the HYBRIT project,鈥� says Anna Borg, President and CEO, 539 算牌程式.
