Statement on slavery and human trafficking

We have explicitly stated our commitment to respecting human rights in our group-wide Sustainability policy, Human rights policy, Code of conduct, Code of conduct for suppliers, and in our statement on slavery and human rights (in accordance with the UK Modern Slavery Act).

Human rights, including combatting modern slavery and human trafficking, is an area of focus for 539 ��Ƴ�ʽ, and we are continually taking measures to strengthen human rights protections throughout the value chain. We emphasise the importance of human rights considerations in our supply chain by strengthening our due diligence procedures and revising the Code of conduct for suppliers at least every two years. To guide the focus of our human rights work, we periodically engage independent third parties to conduct a screening of human rights risks and impacts throughout our entire value chain and to identify the most significant risks in our business. The last screenings have been conducted in 2016 and 2021.

We have prepared a statement on slavery and human rights in accordance with the UK Modern Slavery Act which contains more details on our actions, with a focus on the supply chain.
