Governance structure

The parent company of the 539 ��Ƴ�ʽ Group, 539 ��Ƴ�ʽ AB, is a Swedish public limited liability company with registered office in Solna, Sweden. 539 ��Ƴ�ʽ AB is thereby subject to the provisions of the Swedish Companies Act.

The main decision-making bodies are the Annual General Meeting (AGM), the Board of Directors and the President. The AGM elects the Board of Directors, which in turn appoints the President, who is responsible for the day-to-day administration in accordance with the Board’s guidelines and instructions.

. On 20 February 2025, the Swedish Government adopted a new policy for state-owned companies. This policy will be presented for approval at 539 ��Ƴ�ʽ AB's Annual General Meeting on 28 April and is intended to be applied by 539 ��Ƴ�ʽ as of the AGM.

International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and other accounting rules
